Okay, I’ve been playing trumpet for just one year now and that i have started to your decision that I wish to purchase a trumpet. I’m presently leasing a yamaha cornet, I do not enjoy it greatly, it’s dents , among the 35mm slides are stuck (my teacher can’t even have it out) and also the valves always stick.
Therefore i take a look at wwbw . I’ve been searching only at that trumpet for some time now. Nevertheless its on purchase efor 40 % off, so nearly half cost!
So, i believed it was a great trumpet. The reviews were great, but I am still unsure.
Shuold Time passes for this? It states it a professional horn. I have been playing for any year, and not got anything further than 5 th chair (and so i got first, second, 3rd, fourth, and fifth)
I must determine if anybody has this, or thinks if it is a great trumpet to consider beside me for like five years.
This appears like an excellent instrument.
I’d save the thought of purchasing an excellent instrument in exchange to make first chair.
Your valves and 35mm slides have to work.
This is the way you retain your horn in tune because it will get warm (or cold)
You should not need to rent something which does not work.
I affiliate with the knowledgeable brass player and say get a horn fixed.
When your horn is bound, it can help to consider using a different mouthpiece.
If you’re using a 7c, consider using a 5c.
It’s a bit more shallow so that your range might improve.
I’d also suggest obtaining a “work” book which includes techniques, qualities, scales, and arpeggios.
Arpeggios help in a major way.
Have fun with your final decision.
